If we don't finish by the agreed build deadline after all your materials are with us, we refund the deposit in full. The guarantee covers the build stage — your own review time doesn't move the clock.
The domain and content are yours
Ownership of the domain and all of the site's content belong to you. If you end the upkeep service, we hand over the files and full domain control free of charge.

How fast is the site actually ready?
A landing page in one business day, a multi-page site in 2–3. The clock starts the moment all your texts and photos are with us. If you don't have photos, we help pick them — that's usually where projects actually end up waiting.
What's included in the monthly upkeep fee?
Hosting, the annual domain renewal, security updates, backups, and text and image changes we make for you. €29 / month for a landing page, €49 / month for a multi-page site. There's a 3-month minimum period, after which you can cancel any time with one month's notice.
Do the domain and content stay mine?
Yes. Ownership of the domain and all of the site's content belong to you. While the upkeep service is active we keep the domain on our account for convenience — we'll transfer it to yours free of charge on request. If you end the service, we hand over the files and domain control at no extra cost.
How does payment work?
You get a 50% deposit invoice when you order, which books our build time. You pay the remaining 50% only after you've reviewed the finished site. If we miss the build deadline, we refund the deposit in full.
How do we communicate during the project?
In writing — in your client area and by email. Every agreement and change request stays in one place, and nobody spends time in meetings. We usually reply within a couple of hours.
