Terms of Sale

These terms of sale govern the relationship between ZAVRA OÜ (hereafter "we") and the customer (hereafter "client") when ordering a website. By submitting an order and paying the deposit, the client confirms they have read and agree to these terms — these terms take the place of a separately signed contract.

1. Ordering process

The client picks a suitable package, fills in the order form, and pays a 50% deposit against the one-time build fee, which reserves a build slot. The order is considered confirmed once the deposit is received.

2. Brief and input

After the order is confirmed, the client fills in a short questionnaire (the brief) with their wishes, texts and images. If the website includes a product catalog or a sizeable service list, the data must be submitted using our template (Excel / Google Sheets / CSV) — work does not start without it.

3. Packages, deadlines and pricing

The current packages, base deadlines and prices are listed on the pricing page. Every package consists of a one-time build fee and a monthly upkeep fee. The prices and deadline in effect at the time of the order are locked in when the order is confirmed.

• Landing page — one-time build fee 249 € + monthly upkeep fee €29 / month, base deadline 1 business day, 1 page (one-pager).
• Multi-page website — one-time build fee 490 € + monthly upkeep fee €49 / month, base deadline 2–3 business days, Up to 5 pages.

The base deadline is the time until the first version is finished.

Landing page and Multi-page website are informational websites — they don't include a shopping cart, product catalog or online-payment functionality. That kind of online-store functionality is a separate package, which isn't sold at the moment. A client who wants an online store needs to order it as a separate product, not expect it as part of an existing package.

4. Text and image changes

After the website's first version is finished, the client shares their feedback as a single consolidated list — not as separate point-fixes at different times — and it's polished before the site goes live. Text and image changes made after the site goes live are covered by the monthly upkeep fee (see clause 5) and aren't numerically limited, as long as they stay within the site's original structure and visual style. The website's design is built to the style and color scheme the client chose in the brief. Changing the chosen design direction (not individual elements, but the overall style) after the design is finished isn't a regular change — it's new work, agreed and priced separately based on scope.

5. Payment and the upkeep service

The one-time build fee is paid in two parts: 50% as a deposit when the order is confirmed, and the remaining 50% before the finished website's access is handed over.

The monthly upkeep fee starts once the website goes live and has a 3-month minimum period. After the minimum period, the client can cancel the upkeep service at any time with at least one month's written notice. The upkeep invoice payment deadline is 7 days from when the invoice is sent. In the case of an extended (over 14 days) unpaid balance, we reserve the right to pause the technical support and further changes provided under the upkeep service until the balance is paid.

6. Domain and hosting

The first year of the domain and web hosting, and its annual renewal, are included in the monthly upkeep fee. Ownership of the domain is 100% the client's. For simplicity and fast setup, we register and manage the domain on our own account while the upkeep service is active. If the client wants to end the upkeep service or transfer the domain to their own account, we transfer the domain to the client's name free of charge.

The website is built and reviewed on a temporary staging address. The website is connected to the client's own domain (or the domain is registered) only after the balance payment is received.

7. Communication channel

All project-related communication and feedback happens in writing through our platform/client support — there are no phone calls or long meetings. This keeps every agreement fixed and traceable.

8. Delay on our part — the 100% Time Guarantee

Every package carries a 100% Time Guarantee: if we can't get the client's new website ready by the agreed base deadline (1 business day for a one-pager, 2–3 business days for a multi-page site) after receiving all the necessary materials (texts, images), we refund the one-time build fee in full.

The website is considered ready on time the moment we send the client a working staging address. A new domain's worldwide activation (DNS) can take up to 24 hours after the domain is connected — this is a normal internet process outside our control and isn't counted as a delay.

9. Project stalling on the client's part

If we send the client the finished website for review and the client doesn't respond within 14 days, the work is considered accepted by default and we invoice the remaining 50%. If the client still wants changes after that deadline, they're treated as a new order.

10. Order cancellation

Because work starts as soon as the deposit is received and the brief is filled in, a paid deposit is generally not refundable once work has started. A cancellation request submitted before the brief is filled in and work has started is reviewed separately, taking into account any work already done.

11. Limitation of liability

We're liable for the completion of the website in accordance with these terms. We're not liable for indirect damages arising from incorrect or incomplete input (texts, images, data) submitted by the client.

The client is 100% responsible for having the right to use all texts, photos and other materials uploaded to the website (including any necessary copyrights and licenses). If a third party raises a claim about the use of materials, the client — not us — is liable for it.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Orders already confirmed are governed by the terms in effect at the time of the order.
